1.  Please refer to our price lists. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however your invoiced price will stand provided the deposit is paid within 6 months of the invoice date, or else we reserve the right to issue a new invoice.

2. Bird prices include a base typical of the bird’s habitat.  If you have any special requirements regarding the mounting, special prices may be negotiated. For all birds mounted with open wings, please add 15% to listed prices.

3. Mammals:  To serve as a guide please add the following to the shoulder mount Price, plus the price of the base.  (Note: the final invoice will override these guidelines):

• Wall Pedestal mounts add 50% of shoulder mount price
• Half Mount add 50% of shoulder mount price
• Open Mouth Mount, price is on request

If you have any special requirements regarding the mounting, special prices may be negotiated.

4. Work will be undertaken only once the necessary permits or hunting licenses, or copies thereof, have been handed in to us. These are required by law from Nature Conservation Authorities.

NO PERMITS = NO WORK

5. RISK: All items are handed in to us at the customer’s own risk. We can not accept any responsibility for loss or damage due to hairslip on skins & capes, for loss or damage due to fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever. All flat skins and leathering are done by a professional tannery and we cannot accept any claims arising from damage or loss of skins when processed by outside source.

6. We are not responsible for any hairslip on any skins/capes. It is very important that the client ensures that the skins /capes are properly treated in the field to avoid hairslip.

7.   Prices do not include collection, packing, transport and delivery to customers.

8.   PAYMENT: For Flat skins we require full payment as per invoice before we will process the flat skin.

For trophy mounts a deposit of 50% of the list price, or special quotation, is payable on receipt of your invoice/order.

The balance is to be paid at time of delivery. Current interest rates will be charged on all overdue amounts.

NO REFUND ON ANY DEPOSITS MADE

Mountings not collected after 30 days from completion of work will be sold to recover costs and the deposit will be forfeited.

The full price must be paid in advance on all export orders.

Prices do not include agency/customs clearance fees, packing, transport and delivery to customers. These costs will be communicated to you directly from our shipping agents.

Work on your items will only be listed on the work schedule once we’ve received your payments. NO DEPOSIT/PAYMENT = NO WORK
